Australia

At Tag It All, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working week, unless the item is on backorder. Once shipped, please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery to your address. We work with Australia Post and trusted partner courier networks to ensure timely delivery within regular business hours (Monday to Friday). Please note that public holiday delays may occasionally occur, and if we expect any significant delays, our dispatch team will contact you with updates. If you’re unavailable to receive your delivery at the time of arrival, please be aware that a redelivery fee may be charged by the delivery provider.

International

For international orders, we strive to dispatch within 1 working week. Depending on your location, delivery may take between 14 to 28 business days. We partner with Australia Post and global courier networks to ensure smooth delivery within regular business hours (Monday to Friday). As with domestic orders, public holiday delays are possible, and if there are any expected delays, our dispatch team will reach out to you. Should you miss the delivery, a redelivery fee may be imposed by the local delivery service.
