Can I return an order?
At Tag It All, we offer a 60-day return policy. This means you have 60 days from the date of placing your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How do I cancel or change an order?
You can cancel or change your order before it leaves our warehouse. Simply contact us at info@tagitall.com.au or chat with us online, and we’ll assist you right away.
Damages and Issues
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@tagitall.com.au. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure you get the item you want, we recommend returning the original item. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
For change-of-mind returns, please be aware that shipping costs and any return fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
